PUNCHES

M.U.T. Multi Utility Tools Srl
supplies custom cemented carbide punches for stamping metals and non-ferrous alloys.
Starting from our extensive stock of carbide rods or custom-manufactured preforms, we can provide cemented carbide in raw, ground, or semi-finished configurations according to customer drawings, with micron-level tolerances.

We support our customers by recommending the most suitable carbide grade based on die design, material thickness, and the characteristics of the material being stamped.
Our technical expertise allows us to assist in the development of tungsten carbide punches that improve tool life, dimensional accuracy, and overall production efficiency.

BLOCKS

We offer a wide range of cemented carbide blocks for tooling applications, available in dimensions optimized for each project to minimize machining waste.
Standard sizes are also available from stock in various carbide grades, selected according to the application, press capacity, and the material to be formed or stamped.

Blocks can be supplied in the as-sintered condition, pre-ground, or fully squared with micron-level tolerances.
Our team will be pleased to assist you in selecting the most appropriate tungsten carbide grade for your application, ensuring premium product quality and the technical support required for EDM and precision grinding operations.

DIES

Cemented Carbide Dies

Like our punches, M.U.T. Multi Utility Tools Srl develops special cemented carbide dies designed to withstand wear, forming stresses, and impact loads generated during stamping operations.
The exceptional quality of the materials, combined with ultra-precision machining and advanced finishing processes, ensures outstanding tool life and performance.

We supply both solid carbide dies and jacketed dies or bushings, featuring a cemented carbide core combined with a hardened steel support structure. Parallelism and concentricity are consistently maintained within hundredths of a millimeter.

We are always pleased to evaluate special projects and custom drawings, working closely with customers to develop the tungsten carbide tooling solution best suited to improving productivity and manufacturing performance.
