M.U.T. Multi Utility Tools Srl supplies raw and ground cemented carbide rods with h5 tolerance, available from stock in diameters ranging from Ø1 mm to Ø40 mm, in both standard 330 mm lengths and custom-cut sizes according to DIN standards.
We can also supply special-diameter carbide rods manufactured to micron-level tolerances and, according to your requirements, with custom lengths and chamfers produced to drawing.

Our stock also includes rods with central coolant holes, double parallel coolant holes, and helical coolant holes with 15°, 30°, and 40° helix angles.

At least six different grades of cemented carbide are available from stock. We can also provide customized solutions using special tungsten carbide grades selected according to the application, tooling requirements, and workpiece material.

We exclusively supply premium-quality rods for the manufacture of end mills, drills, reamers, and solid carbide cutting tools.
We offer the most suitable carbide grades for machining steels, non-ferrous alloys, exotic and advanced materials, as well as wood, stone, glass, and ceramics.

FLAT BARS

For the production of brazed cutting tools and the development of special equipment, we keep raw rectangular and square cemented carbide bars in stock, with thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 6 mm and widths from 2 mm to 50 mm.

Upon request, we also supply precision-ground and squared bars with tight tolerances, cut-to-length pieces, and single or double chamfers specifically designed for woodworking and MDF cutting tools.

Several grades of tungsten carbide are always available from stock, and we will be pleased to recommend the most suitable grade according to the final application of your tool.
