Although wet-cutting processes with HSS are less common today, we continue to supply bevel gear cutting blades in both rectangular and pentagonal sections, available in standard lengths or custom dimensions according to customer specifications.
For cemented carbide blades, we manufacture the required profiles through extrusion or, for smaller production batches, through pressing technology, always ensuring material homogeneity and extremely tight tolerances on flatness, perpendicularity, and parallelism.

We refurbish customer cutters by reproducing the original tooth geometry directly onto the carbide inserts, ensuring full cutting accuracy and performance.
Thanks to this enhancement and the use of advanced carbide grades, tool life is significantly increased, reducing setup times and extending the service life of the cutters, which can subsequently be resharpened multiple times.
Once the carbide tips are worn, the cutters can be restored again using the same process while maintaining the original cutting quality and precision.
